The product contains a highly concentrated extract of the Annona muricata plant used by native tribes of South America.
The main substances contained in all parts of the plant are called annonaceous acetogenins. Thanks to its selective effects on tumor
cells, Annona is recommended as a supporting therapy in oncology conditions as well as a secondary prevention (protection of patients against recurrence after the oncology treatment has been completed).
It has antiviral, antimicrobial and antiparasitic properties.
It has beneficial effects in diabetes
can be used in depressions, stress and nervous disorders
to treat various ailments including headaches, insomnia, and rheumatism
alternative treatment for breast cancer
Annona Muricata Forte is a bioinformation product containing a concentrated extract from soursop fruit. It belongs to the so called solitary extracts that are featured by an absolute uniqueness and distinctive characteristic and are ideal when taken as separate one-component preparations.
Bioinformation stands for frequencies that imitate the controlling impulses of subcortical brain centers responsible for regulating the vegetative nervous system and the activity of internal organs. The action of bioinformation eliminates negative information and induces a reverse regeneration process.
Use of Annona Muricata Forte
• as supporting therapy in oncology conditions
• has antiviral, antimicrobial and antiparasitic properties

Composition and Effects of Annona Muricata Forte
Also known as graviola or soursop, this plant is native to the regions of Peruvian Amazonia, especially the tropical parts of Peru. It is a small, evergreen tree with oblong leaves and tasty fruits known as guanabana. Under the skin of the fruits there is a sweet-and-sour pulp of a creamy consistence reminiscent most of all of a flavor combination of strawberries and bananas. Being a welcome delicacy in the regions of its natural occurrence these fruits are not readily available in Europe because they show a low transport and pressure resistance thus getting spoiled easily.
The use of soursop in traditional medicine can be traced back already to the era before Columbus. All parts of the plant can be used: the bark, the leaves, the roots, the fruits and even the seeds. In the Peruvian Andes, tea made of leaves is used to prevent mucous membrane inflammations whereas crushed seeds are used against external and internal parasites. In Brazil, the bark, roots and leaves are used for diabetes treatment or as sedatives as well as agents that prevent spasms. Native tribes of Guyana use the tea made of leaves or of the bark as a sedative and heart tonic. In Brazilian Amazonia, tea made of leaves is used for liver treatment and, oil made of leaves and unripe fruits and mixed with olive oil is recommended in neuralgias, rheumatism and arthritis. In Jamaica, Haiti and West India, the fruits or fruit juice are taken against parasites, fever and diarrhoea whereas the bark or the leaves are used against spasms, as tranquilizers as well as in heart diseases, cough and influenza.
Since the 70´, various independent researches have been carried out worldwide, providing us with very good analyses and evaluations of the plant. Thanks to these researches, we nowadays know all the components and processes relating to analytical/biochemical properties and helping us to understand the immense effects of the plant as well as to put these effects into context. All the efforts to synthesize a cocktail of active substances that could be produced in form of an efficient medicament, however, have been unsuccessful until now. That is why the natural standardized extract continues to be the most available and most functioning form.
The main ingredients contained in all parts of the plant are called annonaceous acetogenins. These are the very substances being the center of interest as they are assumed to have antitumor effects with a selective toxicity against tumor cells. Studies conducted in three independent labs have found that these acetogenins were inhibitors of enzymatic processes taking place in tumor cell membranes only. This is why they are toxic for cancer cells while being harmless to healthy cells. Moreover, Purdue University in Indiana, U.S.A., has documented findings showing that certain acetogenins were effective in killing tumors that had proven to be resistant to cytostatics.
To achieve the therapeutic effect of soursop, a dose is required which is difficult to be got on an usual way, e.g. in tea infusion or dry extract in capsules. For the Annona Muricata Forte product, therefore, the proven concentrated extract from among the known concentrates made by Energy has been chosen, ensuring for an optimum supply of active ingredients at a comfortable dosage.

A screening of nineteen samples of Annona muricata from different location was determined by MTT assay on breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, and 4 T1) which revealed a varied potency (IC50) amongst them. Then, based on the IC50 profile from the anti-proliferative assay, further downward assays such as cell cycle analysis, Annexin V/FITC, AO/PI, migration, invasion, and wound healing assay were performed only with the most potent leaf aqueous extract (B1 AMCE) on 4 T1 breast cancer cell line to investigate its anti-cancer effect. Then, the in vivo anti-cancer study was conducted where mice were fed with extract after inducing the tumor. At the end of the experiment, histopathology of tumor section, tumor nitric oxide level, tumor malondialdehyde level, clonogenic assay, T cell immunophenotyping, and proteome profiler analysis were performed.
Annona muricata crude extract samples exhibited different level of cytotoxicity toward breast cancer cell lines. The selected B1 AMCE reduced the tumor’s size and weight, showed anti-metastatic features, and induced apoptosis in vitro and in vivo of the 4 T1 cells. Furthermore, it decreased the level of nitric oxide and malondialdehyde in tumor while also increased the level of white blood cell, T-cell, and natural killer cell population.
The results suggest that, B1 AMCE is a promising candidate for cancer treatment especially in breast cancer and deserves further research as an alternative to conventional drugs while also stressed out the selection of soursop sample which plays a significant role in determining its potential therapeutic effect on cancer.
